The casting aluminium and kersite moulds are suitable for pieces with huge dimensions in Polyurethane, DCPD (telene) and for plastic vacuum forming.

The casting moulds respect to block moulds, are realized in a way that allows less investments costs, keeping the same good surfaces quality of the final products. Due to this technology, the use of DCPD (telene) has developed in Europe, especially in the sectors of tracks, tractors and digging machines.

These moulds are CAD CAM worked and are complete of cooling system with tubes in the castings , injection system and suitable for a press machine.

The Kersite is a casting material that permit to avoid macro-porosities on the final surfaces.

This material differently to aluminium casting, can be polished till mirror quality for esthetical and visible parts.
